Japanese tourists, that have a valid passport do not need visa to enter in Ecuador for a period of 90 days.
Those who intend to study in Ecuador, should comply with the following requirements:
- Fill out the form (Please ask for it in the Embassy)
- At least 6 months valid passport before expiration date.
- Certificate of inscription of a school or university recognized by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador.
- Economic Guaranty (Bank certificates are accepted).
The visa has one year validity and can be renewed.
